What's on the map

• Use this for district context — not for parcel-specific conclusions. For those, see The Case and the zone census; this page only shows where the parcel sits among its neighbours.
• Base layers — LIST Topographic tiles (default), LIST Orthophoto aerial imagery, OpenStreetMap fallback.
• Planning scheme zones — Tasmanian Planning Scheme zone polygons, live from LIST's Public/PlanningOnline service (layer 13).
• Code overlays — hazard/environmental code overlays from the same live service (layer 14), dashed outline.
• Cadastral parcels — live parcel boundaries from Public/CadastreParcels (layer 0).
• Tasmanian Reserve Estate — reserve/conservation land from Public/CadastreAndAdministrative (layer 29).
• TASVEG 5.0 vegetation — from Public/NaturalEnvironmentV2 (layer 9); this LIST layer only renders once you're zoomed in past roughly 1:100,000 scale (a LIST-side minScale limit, not a bug here) — zoom in on the parcel to see it appear.
• The parcel — a marker + rectangle at title 51123/1's real bounding box, computed from the atlas's own clipped parcel boundary, not a guessed coordinate.

What the district shows

Toggle the layers and a picture emerges. Title 51123/1 does not sit in isolation: it reads against the Cygnet township to its north and a surrounding mix of zones, with the Tasmanian Reserve Estate overlay showing conservation and reserve land threaded through the same district. Switch the planning-zone layer on and the parcel's Landscape Conservation Zone is legible as one thread in a wider planning fabric, not an anomaly. This is context only — whether that fabric supports any particular use is a parcel-level question the district map cannot answer.
