Stage 0 — Parcel atlas
Title 51123/1, layer by layer
Every layer below is real LISTmap cadastral/topographic data, clipped to a ~500 m buffer around the parcel and reprojected to WGS84 — not a rendering of any planning conclusion. Toggle layers on and off, click a feature for its source attributes. Roads/tracks and the right-of-carriageway easements the founder asked to see are on by default.

What's in each layer
- Parcel boundary — title 51123/1 itself, drawn bold.
- Neighbouring parcels — surrounding cadastral lots within the buffer, drawn subtly.
- Roads & tracks — LISTmap transport-network lines classed "Access Road" / "Vehicular Track" near the parcel (no dedicated road-centreline layer exists in the downloaded set; this is the closest real one).
- Easements (rights of carriageway) — LISTmap Easements layer, dashed. The folio's own lettered rights of way (A–E) are carriageway easements per the sealed-plan check; this layer shows whatever LISTmap's Easements export actually holds near the parcel — it may not resolve to the same A–E labels without the plan document.
- Building footprints — filled polygons, LISTmap Building_Footprints.
- Gates & barriers — points: gates, boom gates, removable barriers on the local track network.
- Cadastral plan points — surveyed corner/reference points from historical plan surveys.
- Land tenure — freehold / Crown / reserve tenure classes in the buffer.
- Hydrographic lines & areas — watercourses and water bodies.
- Elevation bands — 100 m contour-derived elevation polygons.
- Fire history — past bushfire extents touching the buffer.
- Reserve estate — the neighbouring Snug Tiers Nature Recreation Area, where present.
- Planning scheme zones — Tasmanian Planning Scheme zone polygons (LCZ etc.) near the parcel, from LISTmap's official zoning layer.
- Code overlays — hazard/environmental code-overlay polygons (bushfire-prone, waterway/coastal, etc.) from the same scheme layer, dashed.
- Land use (2021) — LISTmap's most recent statewide land-use classification, clipped to the buffer.
- Threatened flora / fauna, conservation-significance flora, species observations, declared weeds — LISTmap natural-values point records near the parcel, with real species names and schedule status where recorded. Off by default.
- Fire history — last impacted — LISTmap's separate "last impacted" fire-history layer (distinct from the general Fire_History layer above), with incident dates/severity where recorded.
Not added: LTO_Survey_Notes_for_Public_Record — no file by that name exists in the downloaded LISTmap export set (only LTO_Lodged_Plans_-_Not_Registered.json and LTO_Plan_Index.json are present, neither matching); Land_Tenure was already in the atlas as "Land tenure" above, so it was not duplicated.
