Boundary audit

South edge: road, easement, fence

Why this page exists. A working tool (kept out of search indexes) that assembles the desk evidence for the owner's surveyor brief — the south boundary, road, and right-of-carriageway corridor on one map with exportable corner coordinates. It is not a survey and is not for boundary reinstatement.
Decision it supports: locating the southern boundary together with physical and legal road access — a primary feasibility risk for the parcel, and the question to settle before commissioning field survey.

Desk evidence for locating title 51123/1's southern boundary and briefing a surveyor. Measurements come from local LISTmap exports, reprojected to MGA Zone 55. The map opens on the LIST orthophoto so the road, dam, and visible fence texture can be read directly against the cadastral and easement layers; the LIST 2023–24 aerial compilation and the Esri World Imagery alternate give additional captures to cross-check — their capture dates over this parcel are unverified, and annual compilations can fall back to older imagery (the 2024–25 and 2025–26 compilations served no imagery tile here when last checked, July 2026).

TODONo fence line is drawn here. The aerial image should speak for itself against the yellow cadastral boundary, red carriageway easement, road centreline, and dam layer. The cadastral line and corner table are still only desk GIS evidence; use them for navigation and surveyor briefing, not boundary reinstatement.

FACTFigures below are computed from LIST cadastral exports, measured in EPSG:28355 — desk GIS evidence, not survey.
